Human mind is indeed the most powerful tool that we have received from the almighty as a gift. Do you know by using your mind, you can create life our own way?
Here is a small practice that will help you manifest your next day the way you want. Soon after finishing all your work and before planning to hit the bed, just meditate for 5 minutes.
Meditation will calm your body and will raise the frequency of vibration of your thoughts. Here, is how you must meditate in the night, just before sleeping.
You must begin your meditation with:
- Thanking God for everything good that happened to you
- Handing over your worries and concerns to God to take care
- Practising silence to empower your mind
Once you are done with meditation, just lie down on your bed. And, make sure not to check your mobile or any other electronic gadget after meditation.
You must lie comfortably on bed and imagine how you want your next day to be. Imagine every thing that you want to unfold the way you want. Once you are done, just go off to sleep. Make sure not to create any negative thoughts or energies after practising manifestation.
This is a very powerful tool and technique to design and create your next day, the way you want. Practice this everyday and you will see how your life responds and is created the way you want it to be.
