Do we need to be scared of Coronavirus?

How shall we stay protected in such an infectious environment outside?

These are common questions knocking the minds of each one of us. Everyone is damn scared of this infectious virus. There is big chaos everywhere.

Before understanding this Coronavirus, let us understand what infection really is? Infection happens when any foreign body (virus in this case) enters the human body, and our human immune system fails to fight with the infection. 

It is not that the human immune system is incapable of fighting the infection, it is just that the human immune system has weakened due to insufficient diet, lack of exercise, stress, and other various factors.

If you are following the news, ‘Recently, a 79-year-old man got cured of coronavirus in Italy’, ‘Another 95-year-old grandmother is getting cured of coronavirus in Italy’.

And there are other relatively younger people in their 20’s and 30’s who passed away due to Coronavirus infection in China and Italy. 

So, what is it that is making this happen?

It is the immunity of the body to fight with the infection. Most people who are travelling overseas are testing positive for COVID-19, but all of them show different intensity of symptoms.

Some people experience a mild cold and cough when infected with Coronavirus, yet others end up getting pneumonia which requires serious medical intervention. This is so because every body’s immunity is different.

So, this answers the first question, which is, ‘Is coronavirus deadly?’ No, it is not deadly but it is just like any other viral infection. Those who have weakened immunities or have diabetes or have any other medical illnesses are more prone to falling seriously sick.

Do we need to be scared of Coronavirus?

No, we need not be scared of Coronavirus infection, but we 101% need to take the necessary precautions. Social isolation is the best way to curb the spread of this infectious virus. We must maintain cleanliness in our surroundings and wash hands regularly with soap and water.

If all of us are following social isolation and are not stepping out, then there is nothing to be scared of. 

How shall we protect ourselves from such infectious viruses or any other virus that comes up in the future?

We all need to work on our immunities to strengthen them. An infection happens only when the immune system fails to fight with it. Our bodies are made of 72% water. Charging water before drinking it, is a great way to boost up your immune system.

To charge water, hold a glass of water and create the following thoughts:

I am healthy.’

I am pure and powerful.’

‘I am strong.’

Repeat each thought for 3-4 times. Thoughts are energy that is absorbed by the water you are holding in a glass in your hand and then drink the water. This energy is passed on to your body when you drink this glass of water. 

This charged water mixes with the rest 72% water, which is present in every single cell of your body, and charges the entire body.

The energy that you are supplying to your body is of positivity, strength, and power, and so your body will evolve in due time to become what you have asked it to.

Your thoughts have tremendous power, and you can use them to stay strong and unaffected by all this infection outside. 

Eat healthy fruits and vegetables: As a practice, eat one fruit and some raw vegetables daily in your diet. Raw fruits and vegetables play a big role in improving immunity as they are power-packed with nutrients, vitamins, and fibers.

Practice Fasting: Fasting has been given a lot of importance in our culture since ancient times. Fasting is a great way to improve the efficiency of our bodies. During fasting, our body repairs itself. It is a great way to allow your body to heal.

By fasting, I am referring to the complete absence of food intake, and only water should be taken. This is a great way to cleanse your body and to help it boost its immunity and function appropriately.

By practicing these three things and adding a little workout to your regular routine, you will be good to go. You will notice that you fall ill very less, and you will be able to recover much faster, at times, even without medication.

Your stronger immune system will always guard you against all the infections of any sort. People with a stronger immune system stayed protected in Wuhan, China, which had the biggest Corona outbreak for three months. 

So, believe in your body and its immune system, and help your body to improve its immune system further.
